What is Brazilian Zouk?
Brazilian Zouk is a dance and musical style with its roots in Lambada and influences from Caribbean Zouk. It is characterized by long flowy movements, a syncopated basic, upper body movements/turns for the follow, led from an axis or counterbalanced lead.

Course capacities are set and enforced in order to optimize the ratio of leads and follows as well as provide the best learning experience for all students. Always remember to register early to avoid disappointment! Waitlisted students will be informed via email 24 hours prior to the start of a course if a spot has been granted.
For absolute beginners! No partner required.
Baza Dance Studio's Brazilian Zouk Intro course is for absolute beginners and those new to Brazilian Zouk dancing. This course has no pre-requisites and registering with a partner is not necessary.

Baza Dance Studio's Brazilian Zouk Fundamentals course is for those who have experience with Brazilian Zouk or have just completed Brazilian Zouk Intro at Baza. Registering with a partner is not necessary.
